As I understand the Pump and Dump scheme is someone contacts Promo Newsletter with some inside info or rumor, stock buy issued to thousands of day traders who follow newsletter, they drive up price instantaneously and some get out. Early bird gets the worm. Maybe FDA or FTC patent buyout rumor is real- we'll be very happy!
