Tek he could simply just be holding the test results till tomorrow or Monday so people can't cash in warrants I hope there is an offer on the table but they may have not wanted to dilute the stock because they know any penny over .70 and the warrants start cashing in just in the nick of time.... now that it's not an option good news could send this over $1 and no delisting problems. He had to save that good news till after the warrants to make sure and get this over $1. Insiders own almost 15% of this. I don't think they want to be delisted
