Good question. $1 potential see below:

1. Float is ridiculously low here as evidenced by a 2100% rise (at the peak) to .19 last week on the day of news with just over 1 million in volume. To have that kind of rise on just 1.2 million volume suggests a very low float.

2. Since that time, the past 6 days have shown lower volume but mainly all buying thus there are less shares to buy as more people buy and hold.

3. L2 all week has been crazy thin as in 30k and 50k to another 100% to 500% rise. Each day higher #'s show up on the ask with today .10 and .12 nearing.

4. Any burst of 300-500k in buying volume will send this to .20 easily if not .30 or .40.

5. This is one of those tickers that has so few shares that "could" make a freak move to $1 in a Heartbeat.
