That is there quirk! but I have noticed they move the stock when the others do not.
I can put 20 separate 999,999 orders in with schwab and get filled on half of them while I may have a single 20 million dollar order in with Aturd or Eturd and never get filled. believe me brother, I've tried them all and Schwab treats me the best in penny land. Thats there only quirk but it seems to work for me.
