I'm really not certain that Session's actions don't force Congress to act, while if Trump appointed a new AG who supported cannabis use, no change might be made by Congress. I rather like the idea that Session's is forcing Congress to do something. Hopefully it won't be that long before Congress really bites the bullet and changes the category for cannabis rather than constantly applying band-aids that Tprevent the AG from acting against State's where it's legal.

Their has to be a point where Congress and the Administration get the message. I don't know if that point is after one more State makes it legal, or ten more, or if all 50 State's must do it, but at some point Congress will act.
