That's not the biggest mistake Wais made, but it is a large one.

If you go back to when the pump and dump started (and I know you were around then), word leaked into the market with the identities of certain unregistered penny stock promoters who were given free trading shares to pump $TXHD. This is, I believe, the original sin, and pretty much everything flows from there forward.***

Later in 2016 there was James Painter from EMC who is a registered stock promoter who was hired to promote $TXHD and was dumped on. He and his followers were left with losses and worthless $TXHD stock.

There's also the village idiot Tom Bustamente, from Ludlow Research, who was paid to pump a pile of garbage, and reaffirmed it. Then subsequently released the IMTV garbage.

Just like sending out an email / text: even if the user deletes the message from their own system, the message was sent out to others, and cannot be totally removed.

There's a huge cookie trail that Adam Tracy will follow for the investor class action suit. After he's done, lawsuit #6 will start. That's much more interesting than the debt holder suits, or the investor class action suit.

Trading records will be pulled IMO.

*** For the record: just because an action took place in 2015, and hasn't yet been prosecuted, doesn't mean a prosecution won't happen for that event in the future.
