WMFT: what were the terms of the settlement? I would think that should be question #1 for Jim Griffon on the conference call. Certainly it is highly material to placing a value on ValiMed if they have to pay a 15-25% royalty on NET SALES - particularly if ValiMed margins are only 60% to start with.

60-25 = 35% effective margin

I would think that the magnitude of the royalty burden and any MILESTONE PAYMENT AMOUNTS would be material information for an investor.
