I don't know how, I just contacted them and they said they are in no way connected to them or plan too. I asked why the number directs back to them and they didn't know and wanted me to know where it was. I asked about merger or anything forthcoming news and she said, there is no connection to them nor intends to be. Go to TBG website, contact them through that so you know I am not misleading anyone.

After 3 years holding, I dumped my remaining shares.
