Yes...if they started the shares transferring on that day though...

could be Monday...but my guess still on last Friday.

J & Z voluntarily asked for early termination from FTC & DOJ means they want to finish up the transaction as quick as possible.

Also, their intention to take stakes in Zimmer will be disclosed to public as well:
