.....she doesn't really know WTF is going on, imo...........she might now but venable LLP did the heavy lifting on the uwb/uwbi IRS/NOL work........and the FDIC controls the ship, at this point, imo.........

.....not sure what was behind the uwbi ITR......we agreed to split it and then BS cons kimmie into letting BS get the whole ITR.......taking candy from a baby and BS wanted a $100,000 deposit and then tried for more fee money........for gettting the whole $4mm ITR.........FDIC appealed, got the BK ruling spun out of BK and won the F/-er...........stunned me........
