Spike was anticipation, it's over

Next up to bat , 2 bad news events,

1) 10Q with no Revs followed by....
2) 8K with additional Dilution followed by......

3) citizen Toke Release to prop it up But.........

The extra Dilution will keep this pinned down, Trips, until 40K Break Even Event

Possibly in September with 10Q.
