good post....really no way for management to assuage the fears of the impatient and over-invested. Either the trails will be a success or they won't no interim update could be given and be honest. The biggest mistake or shaddy thing they did was put a timetable on when the trails would be completed. That was at best a mistake or at worst a penny play set-up to trap investors by giving false hope of a deadline..
