.......that's dated (4-year's old) and it's self-serving..........and was ruled AGAINST, imo.....on at least 3 other occasions.......(WaMu/FDIC/JPM settled on the WaMu ITR).........prior to the UWBI/martinez kangaroo court mistake...........................

.......HOWEVER, losing the ITR on a ruling FAVORABLE to the FDIC which might = billions of dollars to the FDIC.......................could benefit uwbi cusip holders..............COULD...............by virtue of closing out the uwbi NOL sale and related BK distributions............

......so we might be in bed with the FDIC and FC, after all.............might be........(off the record, uwbi might be able to make an 'en banc' appeal of the ITR/martinez ruling - - but why....????......$4mm doesn't move the needle for us and will take another 6 months of torture, imo).............

......all's well that ends well.......................and each day of this 5-year beating could pay off for those sewer rats over at the 17th St., DT denver, uwbi funeral home..................TO WIT.................................
