Tek, agree with you on first part, but the options were limited to 1.5 mil per year to a max of 10mil. So it would be over 7 years to get all 10 mil. But, yes, still a crapload to give yourself for accomplishing what? How did he ever get to be head man with such a shady past? I also think if he gets too slimy the insties will have him removed. They own more shares than him and his cronies. With the science shown to work, you can bet they will be watching what he does. Isn't someone already talking about removing him? So, if I were him, I would play it straight and look out for shareholders and take what he can get and be happy. All IMO.
