What are we building boats and planes now to eventually??!! Whatever it is, an approval for over 20 bil dollar loan(approx 200bil yuan) is nothing to sneeze at. If we were reading this type of stuff from our side of world this pps would hit dollars on speculation. Someone(s) seems to know what's underneath all this and has no problem watching pps drop and continue shown steady accumulation as long as possible imo... if I knew what this was and had millions I'd bid wack n make walls all day every day n pick up a few hundred k to a few mil every day on the dips... these muti penny levels have been holding for months now. I don't believe a pnd with no pr would ever be able to sustain such movement with no substance... imho jbmy real deal$$$$
