CGRA HAS MILLIONS IN BONDS BACKED BY LOYLD"S OF LONDON

What do you mean "backed" by Lloyds of London? We have also been told here that Lloyds of London somehow underwrote or insured the supposed junk bonds, which also does not appear to be true.

The fact remains that Lloyd's is not an insurance company, but rather is an international insurance market where syndicates of underwriters transact business for their own account and risk. Lloyd's is the service provider of the market and does not itself underwrite insurance.
