You may be on to something. The behaviour of the MMs on $PMCB is very odd. Last few weeks: 2 million bought, prices doesn't move. 50K sold, price drops 3%. Yeah, it does appear to be major manipulation.

Thankfully, none of that will matter once the IND is filed. I'm Long here and will be through 2018.

I was in $CARA and it went from $25 to $15 because the latest oral trial failed because, IMHO, the trial was designed poorly using three doses, two of which were too low. Think about that, if CARA had done a trial with 5mg, 7.5mg, and 10mg pills it likely would have succeeded. Instead they went with 1mg, 2.5mg and 5 mg. Now they have to redo the whole trial, pushing back everything by at least 1 year.

Therefore I understand how Waggs wants this IND to be perfect because they need it built to succeed.

Anyway, $PMCB will do very well once the IND is filed. I'm looking forward to hearing about developments on the diabetes side next. Ace up the sleeve is potential to use cannabinoids.
