The known facts indicate that a windfall -- large sum -- appears to be coming to GERS; either in a settlement soon or through conclusion of the litigation later.

I have been and I still am very cautious about how/if the common shareholders would profit from this. KK could do and say things that accelerate or dampen our possibilities significantly. Either way this closure will be interesting for GERSlanders; specifically those that took citizenship before the news. BUT interesting and profiting are not the same! They could be and I am playing this game to profit but do so knowing full well that the "joker in the hole" is KK and that is a heck of a wild card.
