No Reserves, No PFS, No Reason to Buy!

Question #2 for phx85?

Please provide more details on the technical reports. I still cannot find any RESERVES?

lester12483 and others mention reserves and resources as if both words mean the same thing. The LODE resources are not economically feasible assets. They are not RESERVES!

LODE has no PRELIMINARY FEASIBILITY STUDY. If they have one, I cannot find it and no one on this board has been able to provide me a link to it.

Please provide me a link to the Preliminary Feasibility Study.

These facts are why LODE is losing money and the stock price has suffered a 95.5% pull back. This is why LODE is not operating at a PROFIT.

Please also provide me a link to the press release on the “Joint Venture”. Or is this “Joint Venture” more baseless speculation?

LODE has NO RESERVES!!! https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=133102602

Mineral reserves are resources known to be economically feasible for extraction.

• Mineral reserves or Ore reserves that are VALUABLE LEGALLY, ECONOMICALLY AND TECHNICALLY FEASABLE TO EXTRACT.

In common mining terminology, an "ore deposit" by definition must have an 'ore reserve', and may or may not have additional 'resources
Mineral resource classification

A RESOURCE is not a RESERVE.

Reserves vs. Resources : a primer for the lay investor by
Mickey Fulp, The Mercenary Geologist: http://www.24hgold.com/english/contributor.aspx?article=2373604682G10020&contributor=Mickey+Fulp

“Ores are rocks and minerals that can be recovered at a profit.”

“Ore Deposit: A mass of rock or mineral that can be developed, mined, processed, and delivered to the marketplace or technology at a profit.”

“As you probably have already realized, this key difference between Resources and Reserves is summed up in three simple words: “At a Profit.””

“Mineral Resources are sub-divided, in order of increasing geological confidence, into Inferred, Indicated, and Measured categories. Note that the confidence level in Inferred Mineral Resources is insufficient to allow the application of technical and economic parameters or to enable an evaluation of economic viability worthy of public disclosure.”

“A Mineral Reserve is the economically mineable part of a Measured or Indicated Mineral Resource demonstrated by at least a Preliminary Feasibility Study. This Study must include adequate information on mining, processing, metallurgical, economic, and other relevant factors that demonstrate, at the time of reporting, that economic extraction can be justified. A Mineral Reserve includes diluting materials and allowances for losses that may occur when the material is mined.”

DOES LODE HAVE A PRELIMINARY FEASIBILITY STUDY????

If there are NO RESERVES and there is NO Preliminary Feasibility Study, then the 43-101 is not legitimate. This is a significant factor in why LODE has lost so much money.

“As Mark Twain said over 140 years ago, “A mine is a hole in the ground with a liar standing beside it.””

“When evaluating a company for investment, the lay investor should understand and realize that a Mineral Resource is simply a mineralized mass of rock that has highly elevated content compared to background abundance in a particular mineral commodity. There is often little or no economic input into this classification.”

“A distinction must also be made between Historic Resources and 43-101 qualified Resources. A Historic Resource is a mineralized mass of rock that was defined by exploration and development work prior to adoption of 43-101 regulations on February 1, 2001. This older data must be validated by confirmatory and often duplicative exploration and development work under the supervision of a Qualified Person before it can be incorporated into a 43-101 Technical Resource Estimate.”

I doubt investors are happy.

1. No 43-101 showing any “RESERVES” that are ECONOMICALLY,
LEGALLY, and TECHNICALLY FEASABLE TO EXTRACT.
2. No Preliminary Feasibility Study.
3. No Legitimate 43-101 showing any Reserves or a Preliminary
Feasibility Study.
4. 95.5% Loss in value, going from $4.45 in November of 2010 to a
recent joint venture speculation high of $ 0.19 cents
(7/18/2017).

With NO RESERVES, I’m surprised LODE is still trading and was ever allowed to trade on the NYSE. IMHO this stock will be lucky to move above 20 – 25 cents.
