With that DEF 14C filed yesterday the final nail has been put into the coffin of dlcr's current shareholders... Sheppard will hope all peeps here vanish while he begins his next chapter of ridiculous prs and massive dilution to pay himself...

My guess is his 67,090,009 shares will not get reverse split either!!!

But past prs and filings really did tell the story here if you wanted to look!!
