Absolutely no chatter on the BTZO and PEIX boards. This is consistent with my impression that only a relatively few people are following the events here (as they do impact those two stocks) and the trading is consistent with my thought that many (most?) of the GERS' shares are in strong hands with a good idea of their potential value.

It is also interesting that the devoted and vehement GERS' detractors have yet to show. They have every time in the past when GERS showed any indication of life. This mindset has been groomed over a decade; some folks who have been literally scarred by this company are not going to go away. This is another indication that the "new" developments in GERSland are going unnoticed.

The order stated " ... by August 3, 2017 ...". That is 14 days away. We are calling the Clerk of the Federal Court later today. Hope I can post an email from the Clerk of Court stating that the parties have just informed the Court that they request the stay of appeal be lifted and the appeal suspended as the parties have agreed to a settlement to resolve all remaining issues in the ligation.

Then the fun would really begin.
