DID CAMPO COMMIT PURGRY?

I believe he did when he signed all the companies 10k and failed to reveal the CEO's involvement, arrest, SEC litigation for stock manipulation.

These in my opinion are undeniable facts. Which Campos failed to reveal to stockholders. Only when stockholders caught him in his lies to he reveal a small amount of the truth. I believe auditors have found as I have some of the other secrets that Campo is hiding from stockholders.

Again this is why I believe Campos fled to Columbia and is diverting the company into a foreign stock exchange as an attempt to avoid his fiduciary responsibilities to stockholders.

Just my opinion. Do your own DD.
