I have a feeling that baltia might actually make it happen this time. When we do a most careful analysis of this company's history, investors have always been inundated with a barrage of hypes on steroid, when looking forward to events that those in the "know" clearly understood would amount to nought. It has been evident that, in reference to Baltia's history, hypes have always preceded a drastic fall of pps. As a classic example, survey the very, very not-so-special shareholders meeting on 5/11/2017!
Here is what I am trying to say:
For nearly 30 years, Baltia has been trying to be certified by the FAA. On 6/15/2017, Baltia enter into a non-biding letter of intent to purchase Songbird Airways. The acquisition must take place by 8/14/2017. Although there can be absolutely NO assurances that Baltia will enter into a definitive agreement with Songbird Airways, this news is, nonetheless, YUGE. Therefore, since there are extremely minimal hypes referencing this 90-day deadline, I am careful to say that something of substance might be actually happening by 8/14/2017.
Historically speaking, the amount of hypes that are ALWAYS generated, in the advent of any persnickety de minimis event orchestrated by Baltia, are always infallibly nauseating, especially when all those events are never of any sound significance. Now that we have received the most significant news, since the inception of this company, yet the propaganda is no more. Imagine that!
But again, we all know what will happen with the PPS, if Baltia does NOT complete the acquisition of Songbird Airways.
