This stock WILL move to penny land regardless of 8k! Everyone knows that we have a beta product and there is no revenue yet! Look at the BIG picture...WE BREAK EVEN ONLY WITH DENVER!!! True investors WILL NOT LOOK AT 8k right now. They will look at CALIFORNIA, NEVADA, WASHINGTON, OREGON and so on...
