He'll need to release the Audit to raise funds thru a 506 offering. The gunpowder funds will only be available upon CSE listing which , as Rossi pointed out, could be months ahead.

I believe with audited financials and a PP offering thru Reg D 506 , we can shorten that time frame and sign some deals sooner rather than later.
