provinces are going to want money
liquor stores, pharmacies, and gas stations will want money
Quebec is going to want even more money, like a special tax on cannabis not produced in Quebec - I am sure Quebec will have their own production scheme and supply management program in place soon - it will be nearly impossible to make money in Quebec from outside of Quebec - that is not how it works
cannabis community will be there the entire time working to undermine everything
international treaties will be enforced, wars will be fought

it is going to be a cluster f@#$ schit show of mammoth proportions - it is all just too complicated - can it be done, can a plant ever truly be legal in my lifetime?
