Wow, should be an interesting court case that was probably settled by you tonight. Any security exchange lawyer should be able to have a field day with this. Makes one wonder why Currah has been so active lately. My bet is he is in deep in violation of his settlement agreement and as I stated earlier was hopeful to delay forward movement long enough to get the company to truly fail. He failed to recognize the commitment of actual shareholders with actual dollars invested vs. what he and Keevil have done. Going to have a hard time explaining where his shares went while under settlement not to trade.

Hope he gets that prison jumpsuit
