To call a company is a "scam" is very serious. Of course there seems to be a "scam" spectrum. Many multi-level marketing companies may have barely legal business models but they can still be so outlandish and impossible for the new recruit to attain, thereby making them a type of "scam." Then there is the OTC. There are many companies on the OTC who are in a "billion dollar industry." Doesn't mean they are offering a product or service to compete. It just means they desire to compete, or at least that's what they say. Of course then comes the share selling (fundraising) woth the good ol reverse split, then lather, rinse, repeat. No product or service ever comes to fruition. Then the company goes dark. That is definitely grounds for referring to that company as a "scam." At least DIGX has business operations. They are making money. They even have net profits to report! I'm still trying to figure out where "scam" comes to play.

Just my humble opinion, of course.
