Why would cd note holders be posting here to "entice" people into buying stock if there's a 697M share .0001 bid that no one's hitting?

All this time, all we kept hearing about is CD Note holders SELLING the .0001 bid

Now all of a sudden they arent "interested" in selling at .0001 anymore

Gee...

Why is that?
