The problem with a scam like PGPM is they cannot prove they did not commit fraud because the truth is they did, and there is evidence to back that up. These cons have nothing to back their claims up. Should be pretty easy if there was truth to it, yet nothing from PGPM except more bullshit.

I'm pretty sure that before the SEC suspended PGPM for fraud that they asked about these over the top claims and didn't get any acceptable answers, if they even got any at all.
