They don't need the full 70 Million from what ive read. Only around 6 million was needed to "balance" the recent acquisitions at the start the week.

Given the lawsuits, I could still see something happening before the R/S. Not sure if what they have done is illegal, time will tell but punishing the shareholders to collect the full 70M when it isn't needed may not help them in court whatsoever. Whether the court says stop of DRYS themselves takes a breather after the books are in good shape is still possible albeit unlikely given the history.

Not a reason to go long lol as we all know. But just a random thought to give the longs the last bit of hope and a decent lotto opportunity
