Its going no where. The new may come out or may not and it won't help pps in any way.
They will keep running this turd until they're done diluting all the shares and then do a reverse split.
The CEO has a chance to prove himself with PLPL and that's just another scam. He's done playing with it and so its TXTM now. When he's done with this he'll go back to plpl or resurrect some other stock with his scams.

The only way to stop this is by not falling for such stocks. They're busy diluting telling you in advance things like news coming, license coming, license imminent.

The fact is that they're just taking your money in and this stock will slowly head back to 0.0001 eating your money.
