So:Why's-PPS-down-so-much?Manipulation/shorting,OR dilution/dumping? What has CEO been so busy with, since U seem to have the DD, I'm looking @this b/c of the MOMO here, wondering if there's a real reason this is down -- maybe just shorting anticipating news?

folks spare me the "lousy CEO" with no detail to back it up, we all have our opinions I"m looking for DD with apologies I haven't had time to do it yet, I see it has the STOP sign which is never good,
no filings since the Annual Report and "Director Disclosure" for end 2016... are they promising to get current?
