A little more time and patience.. or a juicy PR to act as a potent catalyst. There's a bit of supply holding us down and right now it's mainly patient bidders doing the buying, ie smart money, and they're not in a rush to push the price up when they're still accumulating. This is the phase where those patient bidders absorb shares from impatient flippers (and whomever else is selling), and eventually the supply at these levels will be gone and we'll move up. Catalyst and it happens in a flash, otherwise we'll just have to wait for the bidders and sellers to finish their little mini battle here. Energy plays have been hot in general and this is a prime candidate for a huge run, imo. I believe it's only a matter of time, but until then I suggest anyone looking to add to their position to do what the smart money folks are doing. Just keep your bids out there and leave your fishing nets open. No reason to get aggressive with the buying quite yet, not until we break .019 - .02, then it will make sense to hit the ask because that's when the pps will move up again with some fury. All imho, of course.
