Hanks can keep bringing out new carrots for a year or more.

On June 13th Hanks stated the land closing would be in 7 to 10 days.

Then he used the VFuels pump instead of KPE - and the refinery changed from 50,000 bpd to 10,000 bpd.

Hanks couldn't borrow $145,000 from a conventional lender so he used a toxic lender.

What will the next carrot be?
