Yep, I guess Derek has decided making $250,000 a day is not enough he has to continue to dilute the hell out of the common stock. If this continues, it only means one thing.

That he is a greedy bastard, and will take everything he can at any cost to the common shareholder.

Why? because all he has to do is reverse split one day , and that resets the whole game, cleans up his books, and does not effect his preferred shares.

I am trying to stay positive, and say we crossed the bridge, but today was all dilution.
