FACTS from NDEV filings, should be checked before you believe anything on these message boards, especially from the Mike18181. Mike - what is your problem with NDEV? Go find another company to complain about or lose $ in (not sure how you possibly lost $ in NDEV since it has greatly outperformed over past year.

And the update from NDEV's most recent filing for the first quarter of 2017, ended March 31, 2017, shows that revenue increased again to $27,224 for the quarter. While I admit this is not Apple #'s, please do understand the legalized state by state MMJ is still an industry that is in its infancy.
And shares outstanding remained at 92,453,624.
So as you see we have a growing business in an emerging sector of the state legalized MMJ industry.
And we do NOT have any pump and dump as there have been no selling of shares and no toxic crappy financings.
