How many years did we wait for this to develop? I remember Bassam talking about this in 2011. And now when it finally happens, what benefit do Apricus shareholders have?


Nothing


It belongs to Ferring outright. No regulatory milestones, no sales milestones and certainly no royalties. You can thank Richard Pascoe for this situation. Part of his strategy of creating long term shareholder value.
