Everyone knows about the Hop-On CEO scamming for years. It is amazing that anyone would buy even 1 share of HPNN or SFIV. SFIV should be avoided because a former Hop-On employee now runs the company, while Peter Michaels is listed as a consultant. Looks like he found another way to get paid >$100K per year. Sure hope he reported this on his state and federal taxes.
He recently lost a court case where he stole money from one of his customers. This fraud by the CEO even got the judge to comment, in the judgment, that the CEO Peter D Michaels took the money and never intended to deliver any product.
He is lucky he wasn't prosecuted for felony wire fraud on that one.
I wonder if all his bank accounts, including Hop-On are now garnisheed, so that if any cash goes in, it is frozen.
This happened to the CEO before.
