I'm not really down with all the malarkey, it's just noise an peeps venting and they gotta a right to be mad.
The situation here is nearly indentical to what is happening over at PPHM, the differences being they want to get rid of 3 board members and add three new ones, the CYTR kabal wants rid of KMAN.

Both sets have good reason as their money has been used to line the pockets of both of the defendants, with little or no shareholder value added and dilution and RS at every turn of the dice.

I am holding and adding to see how both play out. Planning to WINS SOME
