LOL. Awhile back I did some thermodynamic calculations on the energy required to boil a gallon of water. Their so-called UT device would be totally uneconomical using electricity as their power source.

That's why large scale evaporation processes use solar energy (i.e. the sun) to boil away the water and recover whatever salts were dissolved in it (for example, the brine deposits in Chile and elsewhere are evaporated in huge solar ponds to recover lithium salts).
