I'd rate this PR a B minus. It settles many concerns, but of course there's going to be many others not yet addressed. Overall, it's going to take time for this story to unfold.

If only it would take off NOW so I could get out and put the money into DTGP. Anyone see the charts on that one lately? Looking good:
