Buy in before vote in Congress

In the coming days, before the August recess, Congress is expected to vote on the Rohrabacher-Blumenauer amendment, which restricts the DOJ from using federal money to go agter marijuana companeis, for the Fiscal Year 2018 appropriations bill. If the Rohrabacher-Blumenauer amendment is passed within the bill traders could see a sharp rally in stocks like RLBD

PS - I hate getting political online cause always causes drama, but it's insane to say marijauna is evil and same as coke, pain pills and herion. This guy Sessions lives is a time of the past. Just saying marijauna is not a hardcore gateway drug...if anything alcohol is pure poison. I just cant drink anymore due to how toxic it is.
