Agree. Interesting subject. In my own field (I don't practice law now) I've seen vendors hang with troubled customers and suffer the consequences. But I've also seen troubled retailers hang on for years...decades. I think Radio Shack had many vendors that sold them almost exclusively. That's probably true with Sears. Most Sears vendors are using this time to find alternative customers. Not an easy job with such a large customer or in these times: retailing is dying. But Sears has been declining for decades.
