Would have to disagree on sell, i cant believe no institution by 41 million shares in agree with a reverse split, I could be wrong. I'm betting on with three new institutions just buying ,two patent approvals from FDA. With all this recent cash flow give them the opportunity to buy back their outstanding shares which will give huge conference for investors, hedge managers and institutions.. I think this is the rabbit they're gonna pull out of there hat!!! by the end of the month!!!!!!
