With the volumes barely cracking 10,000,000 shares in a day, the demand for the stock isn't high enough to consider a buy back. On the flip side if a major announcement or huge financial numbers are coming they should do a buy back asap. In that scenario the flood gates will break and the stock will get diluted exponentially and that will be bad for business going forward.
