It's been my understanding that they have no desire to sell the company unless a ridiculous premium is paid.

Considering the stock already trades at a premium based on forward projections, I highly doubt any potential takeover bid would be anything special, but hope I'm wrong if there is indeed interest in a takeover.

I have my doubts on it though, and think it's nothing more than a rumor started on the internet.
