PRELIMINARY PROSPECTUS - In addition to the 75M, looks like the underwriters can purchase 11+M that they can and probably will sell short etc. Have not read doc b/c is making my stomach turn but wanted to double check Apolo rate and it was @ $8.20 so wondering what they are gonna be giving the stock away for now? https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1055726/000119312517230282/d425857d424b5.htm
