I firmly believe he knows all about the SCIENCE but the business end, seems he a little off. Emotional as well is never good. America comments, cheap buyout, $50/ per share buyout price, and all other nonsense.
Now if you paying attention to stwits and watching the conversation unfolding there this evening...and you relate it to my comments in my last post: deleted stwits + SB and the boys running around like chickens with their heads cut off. Let me tell you what they trying here:
I saw a Stwit that stated, "anyone with 200k or more shares contact me if you want to start a vote to kick kman out."
I then replied... it's my last Stwit. (Oh and I have no reason to make any of this up as I own well north of 200k shares here.)
Needless to say I didn't get an answer then when I went back today, the original message was gone. Why you ask, because they don't want kman to find out. Then you ask, "how does that relate to the exchange on Stwit this evening", the answer....SB and the boys can't file the vote unless they get enough shareholders to do so but they also would need another BOD to quit. Does that look like any of the dialogue going on this evening? I was right about how much SB and the boys own and he confirmed that himself here with an exchange between JD and himself.
Let me say, if these boys are doing this and Attila is right that the stock price drives above .70 anytime after the warrants expire combined with any information related to one BOD member is release, I will be decreasing my position.
This means these dudes are totally trying to control the situation and when a bunch of science guys and know-it-alls think they got what it takes to play with Tutes and their money, the end result is ugly I can guarantee that. Plus, it still doesn't stop the delist process. So pick your poison, either a cheap buyout $4-6.00 or a life in the OTC with whomever SB and boys feel will serve their best interest. I take opinion 1. I will say, I am sure there are peeps with large piles of CYTR that won't like this as well.
All my opinion but when that Stwit was deleted and with tonight's conversation it showed their hand.
