I believe the 6 modules per 1 MTPA plant was Leidos' design. It'll be interesting to see if Kiewit can improve upon it. Due to their experience in coal projects, I wouldn't be surprised if they streamline the plant, reducing module count while increasing processing speed.

As for royalties, I agree we won't see those until later in 2018. However, I will be shocked if CCTI doesn't post some earnings this year from licensing fees.
